Rosana welcome to bigger pockets!! I am also in Southern California and I am looking for properties to flip. Would like to connect sometime. I am heading to the real estate meeting in riverside on the 26th one of the best meetings I have found!

Does anyone want to go with me to the next real estate meeting in the 26th in riverside? One of the best meetings yet! I am looking for partners mentors as I am preparing for my first flip in Southern California!

@Clint Galliano thank you Clint on my way to the county planning office to see about those things you just mentioned I am bringing pen and a lot of paper LOL.  My friend said investigate before you spend any money. Hopefully I'll get good solid information today.

@Clint Galliano I am trying to invest possibly half a million back into real estate and I figured what's better than 200k going out on apartments then the other money go for a tiny home community. Spoke with a builder said you can start small and work our way up. Off to the county planning office tomorrow!

I talked with a realtor she wants me to sign a buyer agreement and proof of funds. I guess she wants to know I will only use her??  Anyone's advice or opinion? I was trying to interview people to see who I wanna work with.  Any input bigger pockets thank you!

@Andrew Gudmunson I love that idea!!! I need to build a fishing pond though for anything like that.

love this thread I am preparing to do this as well I am selling some commercial property in Southern California and hoping to get land and make connections with tiny home builders. Create jobs for the community and housing.

I am looking at starting a RV park myself with tiny homes!

@Darrel Maxam I just spoke with a tiny home builder today and it was a great conversation. He said he goes to home and garden shows and there is always like 500 people wanting to go inside and look! I just spoke with the county about the zoning and they say they allow a rv park. Takes 9 months and a nice roll of cash! Any tips or advice here thank you! I am in love with tiny homes now I have been looking a tiny several for sale.
