What a great meeting the other night! In riverside at the mission I recommend it to anyone lot of great folks I had a blast. It was so funny I met this girl there and she was talking about doing things together and I said aren't you married LOL. She said no business hahaha. What a great time!

@Kenneth Garrett thanks for the reply. I was at my first real estate meeting two nights ago and I sold with a well known investor here locally and he says he doesn't even look at the asking price he just makes a phone call and make an offer! I wanna be like him!
