@Bobby Nilsen this is a great story and one I can really try to learn and understand from I am a brand new investor and looking to get a multiple family in San Diego county so that we can rent 3 or 4 units as a regular rental and the last unit be a vacation unit so that we can enjoy it as well! Any thoughts or opinions please I am coming into the market with possibly 500 or 600 400k.  Love the photos and the amount you got paid after the job was done!
