@Chris Latham hey what's up another Southern California member here! Going to my first real estate meeting on the 28th at the mission inn hotel in riverside. I am also looking to become a first time land lord. What did you get your investment properties for if you don't mind me asking. I am finding houses about 100k in hemet.

@Maggie Jones Wow I just glanced your story I thought how cool is this! I'm actually a brand-new investor looking to do what you're doing. Our Capitol at 500k seems like it may not even touch LA! But maybe I can work up like you did. I would love to hear any pointers tips advice! Looking to invest possibly half a million dollars into local real estate. My idea was a few single family's and a 5 plex! Or 4 plex seeing as San Diego is very expensive as well!

@Rami Shahmram what a amazing story! I am a new investor but after this story I learned really hunt for the deals offer way less obviously. Then make it nice as possible and look at the possibilities in returns! Can not wait to get the keys to our first property!
