@Robert E Bogino I been looking at properties and have found two with barns on them and read people turn those barns into apartments how cool would that be? Also what are your thoughts on just renting the rooms out in the house? I am looking at vacant land thinking of farms community gardens bed and breakfast or raising animals growing hops for local breweries. Have I gone real estate crazy?!!?!?

@James Wachob nice post! I'd love to go out there one day! I am planning on starting my investing close to home at first because I don't have a full on work truck rack and tools and a crew yet. I am looking to possibly start a farm of some kind I would love to do a bed and breakfast! Then start going back east! See the rest of America not this California bubble we all get trapped in! Let's talk soon James!

I wanna do leaf gaurds on the gutters possibly smart door bell with camera smart thermostat want my houses to be nice when they go to sell!

@Alexander B. I need to find the junkiest houses in good neighborhoods. So that we can make money on the buy! I talked to my 1031 guy he said we can do the lease option to our tenants. If we collect a nice down payment do we invest that chubk blow it? What do you do with the down payments.
