@Kenneth Garrett I just found a property for sale around the corner for my house has a travel trailer on it and they are asking 60k. I figured offer half cash and sell that trailer and build a house or little 2 unit apartment?

@James Emory Ruggles Jr Welcome to bigger pockets! I just found a lot around the corner from my house for sale for 60k has a travel trailer on it and they framed around it to look like a little tiny house you would find in mexico. I'd like to buy it and build a 2 unit apartment on it if possible! It's only a 7000 square foot lot though.

@Jake Mchaley Awesome thread! I am looking to hit a home run as well on a multi family!  I am looking in San Diego county so that one of the units can be a vacation unit to try to maximize cash flow.   If you were a cash buyer would you have gotten a better deal? Just curious seems like you did well! Can't wait to get my first set of keys!

@Darrel Maxam I saw picture of the tiny house looked like a nice set up. Can you list a set of instructions of one was trying to do this? I am trying to understand what you did exactly. From what I am understanding a vacant lot and you put Tiny houses on landscape made it seem like a retreat. If if you have a list of steps you took I think a lot of new investors can make use of it thank you!
