@Jim O. right on I am looking st properties houses apartments and lots of land for sale in Southern California. Would you ever buy in hemet? Lot of folks say it's the worst town ever but my friend just had 5 offers in 5 days for his house at 255k. So I am just wondering if hemet is a good investment or should I just stick in Temecula Murrietta. Menifee.

Or just kee as rental and keep collecting raising rents? Also we're do you advise me to find deals thank you very much.

@Eric Hyde what's up another Southern California member! I am coming into real estate with a large chunk and I have found a lot of cabins up there. I would love to get a cabin up there and do the Air B and B. I don't have a clue about it or how it works! Can you fill me in? Brand new investor!
