@Tarcizio Goncalves congratulations! I am also on the hunt for my first set of keys! I am looking for foreclosures pre foreclosures. Anything we can get cheap for our first investment property and make that first swing to bat! Wish me luck! Any pointers were and how to get a cheap messed up foreclosured duplex.
