@Christian Wathne i threw your commercial property on the market had a million dollor cash offer in the first few hours. That tells me we have it listed to low. Can we change the price now what is your recommendation? It has not been appraised yet I am thinking we should?? One more question my mom will have about 550k liquid possibly in our exchange to buy our new properties. The thing is that she doesn't qualify for a conventional loan. Do we buy houses cash what do we do thank you!

@Kyle Mack I wanted to ask you it looks like we will have about 550k liquid cash in a 1031 exchange account ready for buying. The thing is my mom doesn't have a job so she doesn't qualify for a conventional loan. What do you recommend hard money? No documentation loans?? Thank you for any insight!

@Tom Pentolino yes I am beyond stoked on being in this position hoping to make a great happy career out of this.  Are you going to the coffee meeting? I am taking the bus maybe we can meet before the coffee down the street?  These meeting are very large so it's kind of hard to connect to people personally.
