Welcome to bigger pockets from Southern California! I am in the Temecula area trying to figure out we're to invest for rentals vacation homes. Have you met anyone yet I am thinking of doing a meet and greet at my commercial property in corona having it catered so we can all swap contact information.

Thank you I was told last night when you refinance you should always put some in that house to bring up the equity does that make sense? Or just use it for next purchases.
