There are a couple of good groups to join in BR. One meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, the Red Stick REIA, and the other meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, The RING/BR REIA. You can find them both on meetup dot com and on Facebook.

Property Insurance is not exciting, but you gotta have it and right now, things are a bit chaotic with property insurance!
