Hi Nicolas, thank you so much for reaching out, we're extremely excited for our move. In the immediate future, what I'm looking for is a reliable, trustworthy and skilled contractor who is used to working with investors, that if a solid lead comes in, I can reach out to as my boots on the ground to view the property, send me pics and an estimate for both rental and flip rehabs, and of course they would get the contract for the work if the deal closes. As you work with cash investors, it would be great to either get their contact info, or to reach out to you as an intermediary with any deals I'm looking to assign when the time comes. I will be relocating to Austin in June with my wife, Katie, to pursue our RE investments full time. We're currently living in New Jersey and have 15 units here, and in anticipation of moving, started marketing to the Austin area this week. Leads are coming in and we'd like to form some relationships with investors in the area. We're looking for a personal residence in the Round Rock/Cedar Park area in hopes of a live-in flip or house hacking situation, as well as properties to hold, or assign if they don't fit our needs.
