Yes: the message is very clear, very helpful, I was looking at My States Compliance guide lines it looks pretty simple.

I think I may go with my state Nevada ( Silver Flume Portal ) it will save me a lot in the Distance, the portal also alerts me of up coming action I need to Take.

 OK, I would Like to know if anyone has used the ( Legal Zoom ) to setup there Business L.L.C? if so; for ( L.Z ) Full Package did it cover all the needs for there state and Local Laws? was there any additional charges preceded after filing to the state? And was the service worth the doing.  Or is it  better Filing through my Local resources?
