Hello, Im going on deployment in one week and I just wanted to know what are some good books for real estate investing. So that way once I get back from deployment I can jump into investing immediately with the money I save up. Specifically for Rental Properties and Flips.

I had questions on how a partnership would work for acquiring a rental property. Im in the military and I am concerned about myself getting a rental due to my age and my rank. Even though my credit is good. For my first rental property as a 19 year old I would like to know how a partnership would work.
