Hello Bigger Pockets Community,
We are selling a property in Cape Coral, FL which has a reverse mortgage on it. My father recently went into a nursing home and the bank wants their money. Its on the retail market through this weekend and then we are considering our options, if we have any. We dont want to remortgage the property. Any advice or guidance is greatly appreciated. The house is at 128 SW 38th Terrace, Cape Coral 33914 We will consider all offers. Thank you
