Blake Brose i currently have a home and want to do the same thing. I have a little bit saved in the bank, some on credit and some with my home equity. What have you seen in your career with people using these types of funds to get started? I am debating using any of them to buy another property because then I will be in more debt.

thank you guys I am really pumped about starting this new venture. I am just nervous because I dont want anything to go wrong and I definitely dont want to end up in a bind to where I cannot afford to take care of my own personal priorities. I somewhat dont know where to begin for there is such an overwhelming length of information to obtain!

thank you for the insight Dan at this point I am looking into different ways to get funding so once I do that and then have some extra for contingency I will be ready to get my feet wet! Your info was very helpful!
