@Michael Cavitolo Welcome to BP and I congratulate you on taking the first step by posting and asking for help!! Asking for help has served me very well in what little experience I have in the real estate investing game, it's a good thing to be able to do. 

I completely agree with @David Lee ! 

There are lots of ways to get started and no one way fits all, so start with reading the Bigger Pockets Beginner Guide and listening to the podcasts to start see what you might want to do. As far as little money and poor credit, NETWORK NETWORK NETWORK. Follow people doing what you want to do, ask them questions, go to meet ups, as many as you can. There is a solution to everything and limitless possibilities to what you can accomplish :)

This podcast was extremely helpful learning about negotiations, not just for wholesaling but made some great points about real estate investing in general, being ethical and fair while getting a good deal for yourself. 

It also had me in stitches when you did a negotiating scenario!

@Jon Moore I think the name is catchy and I would click on it to see whats up. I'm expecting some bright colors and an obnoxious SELL YOUR HOUSE FAST banner. But NO! it's realllllly clean, great colors, makes you feel warm and good about getting a quote from you about selling my house. the pages are neat. 

The Blog section, I think it's fun you have a blog up! Perhaps you'd also like to include other resources or links to articles saying the "sell your house fast" ads are not a scam or the three things to consider can have quotes from another reliable source, Forbes or something. Just for a third party credibility that you've gone ahead and gotten for the person looking into your company. 

Overall really great site and i'd sell my scrappy house to you if i had a one laying around. Good Job!

I recommend the BP podcasts under the Learn tab to start listening and learning. Some seriously great and useful material on there, i'm constantly taking notes listening to them!
