@Vina Guichard Good luck with your investing here in Indy, you've picked a great place to invest! To let you know, you can do better than $100-$150/mo cash flow with a $50k purchase. I'd try to focus on around $200/mo, and you should be able to find close to that. Good luck! Let me know if I can be of help to you.

@Joel A. Good luck with your search for a turnkey in Indianapolis as well! If you want any outside thoughts on any of the properties you are looking at or are shown, I'd be happy to help. You are doing a great thing by flying in to check out the properties/area in person.

I concur with what @Ali Boone says when she says you should be sure to do your own due diligence. As a wholesaler, we get a lot of leads from sellers outside of Indianapolis who thought they were getting a good deal but didn't know what they were getting into. Indianapolis is a great market but can be tricky, as the good areas are spread throughout the city in small pockets, so you can go from good to bad areas pretty quickly, and vice versa. Checking out the area in person that you are investing in is extremely important in my opinion.

@Celine Liminet welcome to the site! Great choice on indianapolis! I'd be happy to help you any way I can. I have a great lender who does small loans, can help with specific properties/areas, and give my insights on the turnkey providers you are looking into. Just PM me and let me know how I can be if help. Good luck!

@Bernard Pierson Indianapolis is definitely a great choice of markets if you are looking for cash flow. There are plenty of turnkey operations here in Indy.
Fountain Square is a great area, though that is an area big on appreciation with cash flow as well. There are other areas that would probably cash flow better but would have less appreciation. But that is a great area to look in for sure.
Let me know how I can be of help.

@Eric T. I don't know much about the Fort Wayne market, but the Indianapolis market is definitely a great one to look into. Have you looked at specific areas of Indy?
