Hello everyone, I'm preparing to take on my first reno job for my personal residence, which will be a duplex (house hacking!) I'm starting the bid process and I'm looking for some recommendations for some reliable General contractors. Anybody doing deals in Metro STL, that can recommend a good GC that's looking censer in Illinois? Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I follow Sean Terry, and im definitely a fan. He gives out so much information in his Podcasts about wholesaling, that I honestly do not think it is necessary to buy into the Academy. He is actually in the business doing deals, and not trying to sell you something new every time you hear from him. Any time I have a question about a wholesaling strategy I just go listen to one of the Podcast. Hope that helps!
