Thank you for the reply @John Warren  I really appreciate the input.   I realize it can be drastically different  depending on what work is getting done as well. I was really looking for what you just gave me with the 50 per square foot ... just a ballpark of about how much people are spending in general. Your awesome man thanks you again.

I'm in the southcoast of Massachusetts. My journey has led me to a point where I'm looking for some numbers on average rehab per square foot, and average cost to new build per square foot.  The closer to my area the better but ill take anyone's  numbers or input in the best place to get those numbers. I'm reaching out to some local contractors but most of them are not tracking their numbers and probably wont put In them time to put together accurate research. So anyhelp is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance you guys are awesome!

That’s an awesome idea!  If your looking into doing one for New Bedford  I can absolutely help and I’ll be asking around for you on Fall River.  I have some knowledge of Fall River but I’m sure there’s someone on here who isn’t more well versed in the neighborhood classes there.  Good luck and I’m looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

There are a lot of properties for sale in New Bedford and Fall River I wouldn't necessarily call them deals though.  Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Somerset, Lakeville and Westport are all really nice in towns sourounding those cities.  I haven't done research on the schools for those town, but they are awesome communities.  I would say best of both worlds would be investing in one of the cities coupled with the right school in those cities. I know the right areas in both and it's a little too much info to type ... they are difficult to get a pulse on if your not familiar with them.  7749928971 give me a call sometime and we can discuss what u have to invest and some other things like what is your best case scenario and  what you bottom line for where you would want to live.

With the new tax bill being signed in, I'm hoping to find someone who loves taxes and is going to know this new bill in and out. Its not that I have a complicated filing or anything I just have big plans and want to find the best .... any suggestions ??

Is there anyway to look at meme era colleagues like there was before? And also I'm not sure where the list of my colleagues is either 😁
