Venue Change!
Hi everyone - unfortunately due to a scheduling conflict with the Ale House we had to change venues. 

New venue is below:
Raleigh Beer Garden

614 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27603

We will be in their outdoor space - walk past the host stand to the fire pit area with picnic tables.

Wisdom of Crowds: A BP Crowdsourced Problem Solving Event!

We'll be trying something a little different for the upcoming BP meetup! Do you have current roadblocks, seemingly unsolvable obstacles, or annoying little head-scratchers preventing you from being as successful as you can be as a real estate investor? Come one, come all… bring us those problems, and let's solve them together as a group!

PM your problems, challenges, and roadblocks, and if we choose yours, we'll have you take 'the hot seat' and share them with the crowd! BP Raleigh-Durham meetups are judgment-free events. There are no stupid questions, and we are all here to lift one another up, so dig deep and put yourself out there. Take advantage of our diverse crowd of knowledgeable investors to help solve your challenges!

The more complicated and challenging your challenge is, the better! Email them in as much detail as desired directly on this thread, and we will contact you before the event if we have chosen yours to share with the group.

Can I Buy You Lunch? A Zero-Commitment Mentor-Meets-Mentee Event

Join us for an evening of networking with a twist! This event connects investors and hopeful investors with something we all need (or have needed) - a little help and support.

Are you a mentor?
Have you done one or many deals and/or feel that you have expertise in a specific area of real estate investing? Did someone mentor you at one point, and now you are ready to give back? Are you looking for an apprentice or a new potential future partner?

• Zero commitment. Willingness to be a mentor means that you say yes to speaking with mentees at this event, and that’s it. Lunch or ongoing correspondence with someone you meet at this event is completely up to you!
• Mentor areas of expertise may include LTR/STR, flipping, commercial, brrrr, wholesaling, REITs, finding deals (the list goes on).

Are you a mentee?
Are you hoping to make your first deal? Are you curious about how to get into real estate investing? Have you done a deal (or 20) but now looking to cross over into another area of investing?

*If you are not an investor (real estate agent, contractor, tax pro, co-hosts, etc.) and provide a paid/commissioned service to investors, please attend and simply write your name and title on a plain white name tag sticker.
