What we’re looking for to join the Paintly team:
- 1+ years of experience (we care more about passion than experience)
- Must be licensed & insured (or working towards licensure)
- A valid driver's license
- Consent to a motor vehicle check / background check
- High school degree or equivalent educational experience preferred; vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus
- Good communication / interpersonal skills while providing quality customer service
- Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within allotted time frame
- Able to work well with others (and independently), with little or no supervision. (We don’t—and won’t—micromanage)
- Superb attention to detail (every job must be reviewed with the customer)
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- An excellent painter (of course)
