Hi everyone. I currently own two properties in NY but I can longer compete with the high home values in my area. I been researching turn key properties and I wanted to know which state should I be looking into? NY has laws that highly favor the tenant and in my area the taxes are high.
I need to buckle down and select a state. I am looking for a four plex... any advice?

Hello BBP community. I have just recently purchased my home and I am looking for tenants. I was wondering if there is a questionnaire available that list specifics questions to ask potential tenants. I want to be sure the right people are moving in. Thanks :) 

Is there a waiting period to refinance a home? I live in New York and some rumors ive heard are 1 to two years.

Hello everyone my name is Ryan Marrero and I've recently joined the bigger pockets community in hopes to finding income as a real estate investor. I am employed full time with the New York City Police Department for about five years now and I feel likes it time to take a step toward investing in my own property.
