Pardon my ignorance,  but what does RUBS mean?

i have the exact same scenario that im trying to solve. how is tenentcloud and why are you not using it?

personally, there is no way im buying something i cant see. that said, they probably dont want every tire kicker disturbing their tenants. if you think it makes sense, make an offer and include an inspection contingency. that way they know your serious when you want to see the units.

I use City Wide Maintanence of MN to clean my office building. Used them last year to clean a condo as well and have always been pretty happy with them.

Hard to get ahold of sometimes though.
