Advice for Getting Started @Anna Lindo

I can't give advice for your city as I am located in Colorado Springs, BUT

House Hacking is amazing. Here are some resources I found really helpful on my journey:

3. The Book on House Hacking Strategies by Bigger Pockets is also a fantastic book

4. Happy to talk if you want more advice

5. Connect with a realtor who understands house hacking and has invested themselves

6. Connect with a lender to see what you qualify for and how you can improve that situation

7. Go to local Real Estate meetups and learn from people there

Thanks @Max Ferguson. Anna I am happy to set you up with me email resources on house hacking. It's Free. I don't have any experience with the coaching program at Robert Kiyosaki, but I did go to the the free hotel intro where they upsold a class for $500. My buddy and I split that and then we took the class online. It was a total waste of time and they tried to upsell again to the 5 figure year long class. Never made it that far as their was no real value in the first two phases. I'd be weary of joining, but do your research. There are certainly free ways to learn and get started. I would recommend house hacking as the easiest way to get started.

 That's a win in my mind. Given today's rates. You are paying what you would in rent but also capturing the benefits of owning (Loan paydown, appreciation, tax benefits).
