Hello! I'm a new member interested in breaking into the small, multi-family rental property industry, specifically 2, 3 or 4 units, looking for some education recommendations. I don't currently own any rentals (I do own a condo), and I would consider myself very new to the indsutry. I've read a couple books though. First off, does anyone have any good book recommendations? 

Secondly, I've been looking into a certification/designation. The two that interested me most were the CAM Designation and the IROP Designation from NAA. The CAM designation requires 12 months of experience though (which I think is backwards), which I don't have. What are your thoughts on either of those, is there a different one you'd recommend getting, or do you think they aren't worth having? 

I have a billion questions, but I'll keep it short. That's all for now :)
