Does anyone have any rental properties that are sitting vacant too long? If so, would you consider turning it into a STR if it came with a property manager who oversaw every aspect? Certain areas in DFW are booming in the STR world and generating unbelievably high cash flow. Especially Airbnb... If interested shoot me a message.

Brianne Hall it is very possible to have a successful short term rental from afar. All you need is a quality property manager. There's plenty of new technology it seems a new service comes out every day. Or you could also hire someone to manage it themselves for you. Aside from getting my own place to list, I am starting a short term rental Property Management company in Dallas that will cover any and/or all necessities the homeowner would need. Anything from purchasing the right place to decorating to turnover services to writing reviews, etc... The service costs for managing every aspect of ones place is 20% of the properties earnings.

I am in the process of moving to Dallas in a couple weeks and will be listing my place on Airbnb. I will also manage one other and am looking for a few more to manage as well. Whether it be just cleaning in between guests or handling everything from listing, decorating, handling the online necessities or finding the perfect Airbnb investment. I could handle as little or as much as you need if you would like to be completely hands off. Whatever your management needs are I can work with you.
