Where do you see the path of progress in the DFW area?
- DFW always grow on the path of DNT, right now I see growth everywhere.
How has the market grown over the past 10 years? Is it sustainable in your eyes?
- I do not have answer for that, as this is longest bull market in history. DFW should see some impact in next downturn
What are you excited/nervous about for this market?
- Excitement: In migration of jobs in DFW
Are you preparing to buy, hold, sell or refinance in the next 5 years?

I prefer to buy in cities with population growth over super bargain...
Pros:
- More stable during downturn
- More chances of appreciation
- Less vacancy, more profit
