I am looking for a tool to track my business and personal expenses. I came across the quickbook tool by reading some online articles. Based upon my business strategies, Can someone please recommend me the quickbook version to use to track my business and personal expenses. Thank you and have a wonderful day:)

Is anyone using the realquest tool for running the comps? If so , please give me feedback on topics like accuracy of the data and what do you like the best about it

I am planning to set up the single member Llc in Texas. I am setting up through incfile.com. My question is, Operating agreement is based out of the real estate strategy or standard for all types of strategies. Can i change the operating agreements after i set up the company!!Your thoughts will be highly appreciated. Thanks :))

@Sarah Hale ,@alejandrao riera : Thanks for your quick intuition into these tools.  I am thinking of signing up for real estate iq for getting the offmarket leads and foreclosure data. Do you guys use any CRM tool like podio for managing your business . I would appreciate any suggestions on  that.
