@John Park Disclosure - I am not a ghost believer too. I would advice keep a security camera in house to record the entire activities in home and prove tenants that it is their illusion. I am not 100% sure it will work out. But it is proven method in movies. There is nothing wrong in trying. All the best

Thanks Ashish for your valuable suggestion. It does make 100% sense to avoid these types of sales pitches at the beginning :))

Hello Everyone,

I just joined BP group and glad to be part of this family. I have a question that I felt like could pitch it here to get the savvy answer. I am trying to set up LLC in order to start my real estate career. I am getting continuous calls from the company named "Economic Strategist" regarding the "non grantor aka spendthrift trust " instead of forming the LLC . They advertise about the company saying that "No law enforcement cannot penetrate the trust". It offers asset protection, which llc cannot provide. Can someone here please provide me the more detail information. Also please explain the difference between living trust vs non grantor trust. That would be a great help.

Thanks,

Sai Krishna Byra
