@Chris Soignier & @Maggie L. Thank you so much guys! I'm thinking about giving them a try!

They are much lower than the other classes I've seen. Here in Florida they have an online class for $99. I was a little scared because it was so much lower than the other ones. But, I think I'm going to give them a try.

Hey Guys! I am looking at getting my real estate license. I am looking at joining Real Estate Express. The price is super low and I heard some pretty good things about them here on BP. I did do some research online and it didn't look very good. Has anyone on here obtained their real estate license via real estate express. How was it? Were they quick to answer questions if you had any? Was the material outdated? and how was the practice exam with them?

Hey @Emanuele Pani !I am looking to take my real estate course. You did yours online? I'm also located in South Florida. How was the test? Do you still have all your study materials? I found real estate express for $99. Is it worth it to do real estate express for such a low price or should I do Gold Coast?  What were your thoughts on the school. RealEstateExpress.com is the school I am speaking of. Please let me know your thoughts.

Listsource I heard was a good one. Also if you don't have the money driving for dollars always works.

Hey @Matt Larsen! I'm low on cash and will put the time in. You said you drove for dollars and sent out 100 letters. Where did you get the address to send those 100 letters? Also, what does your letter consist of?

Now Rafael when going to a property, what information should I have looked up? @Rafael Norat -- I know comp is most important. Is there anything else.
