Hi Brian G. !!! Besides my main residence, no yet. I've been networking here and there and also analyzing the market in the Boca Raton area for a little over a year, but I haven't pull the trigger yet. I sold my two properties out of state (California and Ohio), where I used to live, a couple years ago and invested all that money in the property where my family and I are living at now. Right now I am Working on my next HELOC so that I can pull all that money out and ready to invest in multi families in the Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville area. Maybe in Ohio too. Greetings !!!
