I'd highly recommend you sitting in one training class for each broker you interview, and judge for yourself on the quality/quantity. Not all training is created equal and everyone learn differently.

I like Grasshopper if you have multiple departments - personally I've been using Google Voice to separate personal and business calls.

I like Namesilo and Google Apps. But personally use Squarespace for hosting the website
