You may be interested in Cincinnati, OH. Landlord friendly, cash flow/appreciation friendly in certain areas, etc! And if you cross the river to KY, you will get almost the exact same and lower property taxes!

Hi Jack! Welcome to BP and investing! Looking for cities is the easy part. Find you an area with friendly landlord laws, lower property taxes, and identify how much you are willing to spend on an investment/home. There are more but those will give you a good idea of where to start. Depending on your price range, Cincinnati/Northern KY may be a good place to start. Friendly landlord laws, lower price range, lower property taxes (Cincinnati a little higher than NKY), etc! Shoot me a message if that sounds good to you
