Hi Joseph, have you thought about OOS investing? Cincinnati is a great place to start. Cash flowing properties, opportunities to BRRRR, and appreciation friendly areas. Let me know if Cincinnati sounds interesting to you!

@Kollin Ruiz

Hi Kollin, I wouldn't worry too much on age. I have seen houses built in 1880 that look better than houses built in the 60's. It depends on the type of foundation. And older houses have stone foundations, which are normally very good and sturdy, as well as a poured foundation. I would never pass on an inspection though, always make sure to get that

@Casey Serafino-Lee

Hi Casey, midwest is a great place to invest, especially for cash flow! I think Cincinnati is a good place to invest, it has a mix of the both and in certain areas it is higher than the other so you have more of a choice of where to invest and knowing a better idea of what to expect! Let me know if Cincinnati interests you!

@Kelly Elterman

If you would like to stay there, I would recommend finding a beat up house and BRRRR/Flip it. Besides that, going OOS is a good option. You have many places to choose from, midwest being a good option for cash flow. Like in Ohio. You have 3 great cities that all are a bit different. Cleveland is cash flow king, Columbus has better appreciation, but Cincinnati generally has a mix of both, just depends on the area of Greater Cincinnati you are in. I am in Greater Cincinnati, let me know if any of what I told you peaks your interest!
