I have an underpriced lot in the Oakland Hills of the East Bay, San Francisco area I am selling.  I'm listing it for 120k, it's an upslope in a beautiful neighborhood with bay views and parks near by.  I haver preliminary geotechnical report done and a soils report.  Also, lots of either side may never be developed, an added bonus.  Let me know if you want more info.
