Hello to the Bigger Pockets Community!
My name is Sam and I am a licensed real estate agent in Florida. I work with buyers, sellers and investors in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach county. I am also licensed as a real estate agent in the state of GA but I'm actively working with clients in South Florida.
I'm also an investor and rehab flipper. I have flipped 2 properties on my own so far and I am currently working with my brother rehabbing and flipping residential properties in Central and South Florida.
