Hey David, I'd say that you start by pinpointing what markets in Ohio you want to invest in. Then I would start networking and building a core 4 in selected areas. I invest in Columbus and Cincinnati.

Hey Stephanie as long as you have a solid core 4 you should be able to invest long distance. The core 4 is essential to long-distance investing, it consists of a realtor, contractor, property manager, and a lender. Once you have this team in place you should have the foundation to invest in any market confidently while not being there physically.

I would recommend going to RE meetings and networking with fellow investors maybe someone would want to partner with you if the deal is good enough and you are willing to do the groundwork.

Personally, I invest in Columbus and Cincinnati. I believe there will be pretty high appreciation here, as many large companies invest money in our area such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

Firstly I would find a market that is suitable for you and showing signs of potential growth in the market. Then I would focus on growing relationships and building your core 4.

Hey Nadia,

I'm not a wholesaler, but I work at a brokerage that finds plenty of deals off-market in Ohio. Feel free to reach out!

If you're looking to invest in Cincinnati I would be happy to connect! I'm starting to invest over there as well.
