Hey David, welcome to Columbus! Happy to hear you're investing here. I have a few different referrals I could send your way. Would be happy to connect and talk about investing in the mid-west.

Hey Weston, I live and invest in Columbus as well. I think that duplex's are a great option if you're looking for that extra cash flow. I think you're right with so many larger companies investing in our area, the market will continue to grow. I would be happy to connect and talk more about real estate.

Personally, I invest in Columbus. I believe there will be high appreciation here, as many large companies are investing money in our area such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

If you're looking for more cash flow and less appreciation, Cincinnati and Cleveland are good options as well.

Due to the fact it's winter you will likely have to have low rents for the first few months and keep tenants on a month to month lease. With the knowledge that their rents will be raised after a period of time.

Welcome Prishant! If you're looking for appreciation, these are significant areas. If you're looking for cash-flow, it will be more abundant in C areas.

Would be happy to connect!
