@Jeff V. you mentioned a great finance strategy by using remaining equity to obtain a HELOC. curious to understand your experience with HELOC and what investor friendly lenders you have worked with? So far, i have only inquired with big banks and all have turned me down when they found out i was trying to obtain a HELOC on an investment property.

I am excited to be here. I have already immersed myself in webinars, books and various forums. Thank you for all this amazing experience and knowledge transfer. I am relocating to the Huntsville Alabama area as my "final" military stop. 

I am preparing for post military retirement and looking to begin building a career in REI and helping others along the way. I look forward to fostering many relationships through this platform.

I currently have a small portfolio of rental properties but am looking to expand it through the means of fix / flip; wholesaling and multi unit rentals. Any and all advice is greatly appreciative. Thank you BP!!!
