@Joseph M. I am trying to start my niche in Real Estate Investing through Wholesaling. Would this be considered illegal if I am not a licensed investor yet? It would probably be easier to Wholesale if you are a Realtor. I agree with your advantages with the MLS, ability to write offers and earn commission on my purchase and the other advantages.
