I would love to invest in commercial properties in Chicago, I hear that the landlord regulations in Illinois favor the tenant considerably.

Do Any licensed salespersons in the state of Iowa have any advice on passing the state person of the salesperson exam? I passed the National portion and I need to retake the state portion. Any advice or feedback is welcomed. Thanks in advance.

@Jonathan Morning You do not need to make it complicated. Just state that you saw the property  and you are interested in purchasing it.  You could find sample template on this site or just google direct mail marketing template. Some people like to use Yellow Letter Marketing service but that's more for mass marketing. I hope this helps.
