I absolutely loved this app on my iPhone. Went to use it a few days ago and I couldn't find it on my phone. I cant find it in the app store. Msg the website a few times & no response. It's a shame because I really liked the clean UI. I was just wondering if any one knew what was going on. I know biggerpockets offers a similar feature, but I really liked using it as a app.

I usually don't get wrangled up about things, but this is one topic that just rubs me the wrong way. I was looking at Buildium to manage my 75 unit's, but I not to keen on paying @200 a month or $2400. a year in fees. Christ, that's a new car payment & 90% of the features they offer could be done offline. My question is, has anyone found a decent offline management program?

I've been looking through the forums and only a few people have a personal site linked to their profile. I would like to see other peoples websites. If you have a real estate related site please post it here so I can check it out. Do you have a buildium, lead propeller, oncarrot, godaddy or any other property management / real estate website for your small business? Post a link, I would love to check it out.

If you cover her losses you will have to do so out of your own pocket. It is setting a bad precedent for future problems. If you pay for it this time, how will you avoid paying for $10,000 in damages the next time?
I think you are making a mistake by offering anything.
The more I think about it the more I agree with you. I told her to get renters insurance too & she never did. I'm going to add it as a requirement in my lease. Thanks again for the feedback.

Tenant was not home for 2 days & she came back to a bad roof leak. Completely soaked her bed, clothes & tv. I feel responsible since it's my roof & I want to make the situation right. How would you handle something like this?
