I recently connected with some great ladies in PA who are looking to expand their organization in the Austin market. I volunteered to be an organizer in the Austin market and are looking for women interested in attending the meetup groups. I am also looking for knowledgeable women who would be interested in speaking at these events and share what they do, and how they can help other women in the community (Realtors, Hard Money Lenders, Contractors, Buyers, Wholesalers all welcome!).

Hey all,

We're looking for a cash partner or hard money lender on this property. The play is to add a master BR and master bath to the 1272 SF bringing it up to 1650-1750SF and a 3/2. The ARV's we have are at least $325k with the added square footage (pulling from properties with class B or C finish outs) and north of $420k as a new build. With this in mind we're going to do an A class rehab and bring this property in a GREAT area back to life to get closer to the 350k-375k range. We need a cash partner to get this closed by September 23rd. Rehab estimate is anywhere from 70k - 85k based on finish out. Please use 85k when running numbers.
