Hello @Leland James, I'm looking for JV partners in South Florida (Miami Dade-Broward County) who can assist with estimating construction costs and help acquire reputable contractors. I have HML and Private Lenders to fund the projects (fix & flip), but need more knowledge on construction costs and managing the rehab.

@Jason Coyle I agree, that does seem odd that "they take up to 50% of the profit". I can understand a partnership where profits are split 50/50, but not from a HML.
