Hello BP Community,

      Has anyone used the services of a professional (company) to act as trustee in their land trusts. If so, which one(s) would you recommend? Also, what personal experiences could you share regarding this topic?

@Derrell Grant I'd be willing to assist you, but I'm in South Florida. There are 'investor friendly' Realtors who go to MeetUps in my area. Have you attending a local REIA MeetUp in your area? Someone may have a referral for you or can make a suggestion on software they may use.

@Theresa Harris and @Luiz Souza make a valid points. If you sold the property to them and something breaks a year later (also not doing a home inspection), it should be referred back to the HVAC professional and/or manufacturer.

Curious how many 'active' wholesalers are in the South Florida area (Miami-Dade/Ft. Lauderdale). I'm looking to connect and converse and would love to hear success stories. Fix & Flippers, do you regularly find properties through wholesalers or auction sites?
