Hi Robert,
Although I have not used these companies for my personal properties, I have clients that do and I hear nothing but good things about the following.
Otter Property Management www.ottermanagement.com
TrustArt Realty www.trustartrealty.com
Best of luck with your search.

Would love to hear how you and the team were able to skirt around adding sprinklers. One of the reasons I havnt pushed to add more units to the variance at the red house.
No problem, let me know when you have some free time to discuss.

Hi Everyone,
Hope everyone is enjoying this Friday, I want to share a recent experience regarding sprinkler systems/permits in Philadelphia and how they are required on 3 units or more, also including converting a duplex into a triplex, quad, etc.
We're currently working on a project converting a triplex to a quad in Philly that we originally believe we would have to add a sprinkler system to the property. However, after some research and a little back and forth with the architect we were able to find out that Philadelphia has some exemptions for sprinkler systems/permits. Fortunately for this project, it fell within those exemptions ultimately saving approx. $50K for material/installation along with months of holding cost that will no longer have to wait for permits to be issued.
Of course, this will not happen for every project but it's just a little reminder to make sure you and your team do their due diligence. It can turn a good deal into a great deal!
Have a good weekend,
Dan

Hi everyone,
I currently have a Property Manager for my unit in Wilmington Delaware but want to start exploring other options with the end goal of managing it myself. I don't think it should be too difficult, it's already rented by tenants that just renewed their 12-month lease and would primarily need a service just to collect rent and maybe find a contractor / handyman when needed.
I was thinking about trying Zillow Rental Manager and curious if anyone has had any experience with it? If not, what management system are you currently using and would you recommend it? I'm would also be open to any well-recommended Property Managers but once again that would not be my first option.
Thanks for your time,
Dan
