Thanks for the good words Jill. I do have a couple question that i put on another disscussion page about direct mail and wholesaling.. The Discussion  is in my profile.. any advice is greatly appreicated .

Ok, so i jumped into buy a list from list source without have a direct plan into what to do with it, so now i have some question to catch up.

• What Suggested Output Package should I use? Should i add anymore  Other Options Packages?
• After i get the list what is the best website to use for direct mailing, GoBigPrinting.com. ? Do you have any sugguestion on a different website? 
• Should i put my personal phone # on the Post Card? or what is a good company to take the messages for me and how much does that cost?
• What type of CRM do you use? Do i need one to start out with?

Hi, my name is Dan and I am new to real estate investing. I've been listening to BP podcast for awhile now and  I think I'm finally in a place where i need to start making moves to make my dream of financial freedom.
