Ned Carey I think to get organic seller leads you would have to start a blog that speaks to distressed sellers, right? Blogs about selling fast, know what your house is worth, foreclosure, bankruptcy, evictions etc. I understand you'd have to post at least once a week to get traffic. What do you think?

Ned Carey Thanks, I'll take a look at these. Do you have a seller lead website or do you focus on your REI blog?
Jerry Puckett I am thinking about creating a new website focused just on attracting seller leads and keeping my site in my sig as a corporate site.

Does anyone know of any resources for developing a website to generate organic seller leads?
I know very little about this; but, I believe it would entail posting regular content to get to the top of the search engines.

I rented apartments in Boston for 100% commission for a year. We always showed occupied apartments. Why would you want any downtime unless the unit needed major repairs?

People who mail between 1500 and 2500 begin to consistently create opportunity
People between 2500 and 4000 consistently buy property.
People between 4000 and 10,000 a paradigm shift occurs.
People above 10,000 can't mail enough and are frustrated at the lack of list size.
Great post!!!

Hi Sam,
You should go to a REIA or the Black Diamond meeting and ask around. I'll PM you who I plan to use and they came highly recommended. -Sean
