I recommend Sean O'hare from O'hare associates. He is one of the best small firms around. He has an office in South Portland but I think he works all over the state... I recommended other BP member to him and they were very happy with the results.

I am an agent and I want to earn your business and show value. I agree with the others to make us all work for it. If I bring you the house you want I would expect you to sign the agreement with me at that time. If it is a property you are flipping, I ask for that listing as well. (Not required but courtesy) I always want to add value to your business, if your agent does not make you feel that way there are many others that will. Good luck and always go with your gut...
